24 Hours in Columbus

Yup, that's how long I've been here. Surprise! No dying on the way here. Which makes me happy. PS: My brother? My current favourite person ever.

This afternoon, I took a little wander around the neighbourhood. Wanna see what outside looks like?

Here's where I'm staying temporarily:

Across this bridge...

Is my office building:

It takes less then a minute to walk from one to the other.

There is such a thing as being too close to work.

However, there's no such thing as being too close to the North Market.

I also wandered into the Short North, and picked up a Chocolate candle from Paul Robinett. But didn't take pictures. Because I become shy with the camera in crowded conditions.

Yay! You made it! I am jealous of your proximity to the cool market. But not of your proximity to work, as my commute is even shorter than yours.

Yay! You're safe and sound in Columbus! I miss you already! I LOVE the look of the cool courtyardy thing you must cross every day. We are still very much enjoying the truffles. Can't wait to hear more of your adventures. Make all of your new co-workers pose for pictures!!G!

Collin, you thought Columbus was a dump because, even though you are awesome, you're pretty much drunk all of the time. But I like that about you.

Lisa, I can't wait until you come and visit!

Kate and Rose, I am surprised either of you can sit down long enough to respond to this, what with the sugar high you should both be on!

Rose, I'm jealous that you can work pants-less. Though pants would probably be good protection against leg humping monkeys.

Kate, I miss you too, lady. I feel like you need to find a client down here so you can come out on business. And when I say business, I mean anything but.
